An area for the supervision of professional practices for Leaders et Coachs




The « FADAE Leaders » supervision area is a place for:

  • Sharing the professional practices exchanged between managers and leaders
  • Development of the position of leaders and managers vis-à-vis professional responsibilities
  • Processing and analysis of critical and recurrent managerial situations (decision taking, management of paradoxes, arbitration, team management)
  • Deploying and reinforcing the personal resources of the participants
  • Feedback related to its proper operation style.

Pedagogy and process

This area is collective. It is reserved for managers and leaders who are in business and practicing the professional, associative or political liability.
The area is collective (a group of 10 to 15 managers and leaders) over a period of one year (7 annual meetings up to one day every 45 days). FADAE Leaders is supervised by a professional coach.

The « FADAE Coaches » supervision area is a place for:

  • Development of the position of the professional coach
  • Reinforcing the professional practices of coaches
  • Sharing of practices among coaches
  • Feedback about their practice and personal awareness.
  • Training on tools and concepts
  • Conceptual and deontological marks in the practice of the coach profession.

Pedagogy and process

The FADAE Coaches Area is a place for supervision of practitioner coaches. It is a collective supervision area with a group dynamics.
This area is open to persons who are practicing coaching.
The group is composed of 10 to 15 coaches over a period of 12 months (6 days in a year up to one session every 2 month).
